Twice As Good's second album, produced by Phil Ellis, is a masterpiece of the Blues as well as many other styles featured on the album. This album was truly done for the fans who faithfully come to the shows to see the band tear the house down on these numbers.

As Charlie Musselwhite spoke of the music, "Good real deal Blues". It also is a way for 2XG to also honor the great artists that inspired them. Elmore James, Magic Slim, Albert Collins, Gatemouth Brown, Albert King, Hound Dog Taylor, Big Joe Turner, Jerry Lee Lewis, Ace Cannon, Santana, even a male version of the fabulous Etta James's "I'd Rather Go Blind". Even a hint of 2XG's fondness of country on the George Strait tear-jerker, "What's Goin' On In Your World".
