The 14 selections recorded on this CD were chosen for their melodious and romantic appeal. The entire CD is played as an intimate medley--with consideration given to the rhythmic flow and key relationships. From beginning to end, the warmth of the classical guitar captures an elegant interpretation of these romantic melodies.

Jim Lammers has performed professionally for more than 15 years. His solo guitar performances of romantic, Latin & classical guitar music have been warmly received at public and private functions. His performance style is described as a cross between Christopher Parkening, Chet Atkins, and Joe Pass.

Jim earned his classical guitar performance degree from the Conservatory at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. In addition to his career in performance, he has been a devoted guitar instructor at the Community Music and Dance Academy, UMKC since 1987.
