John Latartara's recent music has been an exploration of boundaries between music, sound art and text.
His first release "With For Intoned" with fellow composer Khristian Weeks, won critical acclaim from such publicatons and online sites as The Wire, Signal To Noise, and theorganizationofsound.com.
His newest and first solo release, "Penetrations: sonic explorations in sexuality" Is an attempt to explore the subject of sexualtiy through sound.
Live interviews and actions are used in conjunction with music, creating works which delve directly into this human/organic experience.
