N Visible Spotlite was started by N Visible Man and G-Spot in 2003, two rappers from the Chicago suburb of Wheaton, one of the last places someone would expect to find a rap group. These two rappers worked together on several shows, so they decided to get in the studio and make some music together. What they created together is music that expands the realm of hip hop. It cross polenates rock and roll, reggae, heavy metal and the pure energy of hip hop to create a new sound for a new millenium.
In 2004 , a young rapper from Colombia College in Chicago named Deez Nutz, Mr. Deez for short, approached them about being involved on the project. After several freestyle shows and jam sessions Mr. Deez got in the studio, and added to the magic of N Visible Spotlite.
Adding to the mix is exclusive DJ and Producer, Carlo, who has been DJing and creating beats for over 15 years. With production from Carlo, N Visible Man, and the energy of G Spot and Mr. Deez, this group has taken the healm as the leading group of suburban hip hop in Chicago. As the group expands and grows, in the suburban market Chicago and the rest of Illinois could help but take notice. The group is now gigging out in Chicago and colleges all around the midwest.
