Sally Harmon creates a rush of warmth and joy between the piano, herself, and her audiences. That may be why Sally has climbed quickly to best-seller status, selling nearly a million copies of her 20 different recordings in recent years.
Sally performs a varied repertoire and captures a wide audience. From her dramatic solo piano playing, to the catchy, foot-tapping sound of piano, bass, and drums, from classical to pop and show tunes, to, her own compositions, her style puts new parameters on the term "New Age"

A lifetime of musical study is reflected in Sally's playing. The piano came naturally as she amazed her family, playing songs by ear at age three. At age four, her classical training began. She also improvised, composed, and played everything she heard and liked. At twenty three, she earned a Master of Music degree in piano performance, having studied with world renowned teacher and concert pianist, Stewart Gordon.

Ms. Harmon plays concerts in the United States, Canada and abroad, as her music is sold throughout the world. She has been seen on numerous television appearances, including a David Frost special in Los Angeles where she performed her original piece, Sunset Over LA. It was was aired worldwide during the Los Angeles Olympics. Her music has prompted complimentary letters from two U.S. presidents and she has performed for the King and Queen of Sweden.

Sally continually feels with all her many blessings she wishes to give something in return. Her many benefit concerts, supporting everything from the schools, to Loaves and Fishes, the Alzheimer's Assc., Oregon Humane Society, Northwest Medical Teams and needy children prompted Portland, Oregon's, KATU TV to do a special feature on her musical charity work.

Sally attributes her inspiration to the joys of being a wife and a mother. Her music is about the people she loves. Her husband, Frank Gruner, plays bass on most of her albums and performs frequently with her in concert.
To experience Sally Harmon is to appreciate a world class pianist and a great entertainer. You will roar with laughter from her stories while her emotional playing brings you to your feet.
