Angela Presutti has appeared with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra as a soloist, small ensemble member and chorister. She is also a member of the critically acclaimed Chicago Symphony Singers. She has been a soloist with many other orchestras and choruses including Grant Park of Chicago, Bel Canto of Milwaukee, The DuPage Symphony and The Naples Philharmonic. Ms. Presutti has also recorded "Cats," "Les Miserables" and "The Phantom of the Opera" for Lakeshore Records. She received her musical training at The University of Illinois and Roosevelt University where she graduated with honors. She has also studied opera at The International Institute of Vocal Arts in Chiari, Italy and art song with Elly Ameling at the Britten-Pears School in England. She has been a winner at the Bel Canto Competition, a finalist at The Palm Beach Opera Competition, a three time regional finalist at the N.A.T.S. Artist Awards Competition and a semi-finalist at the Oratorio Society of New York Competition. Recent highlights of her solo career include "Serenade to Music" with Sir Andrew Davis and the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, "A Midsummer Night's Dream" with Duain Wolfe and members of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, "Bachianas No. 5" with the cellists of The Chicago Symphony Orchestra, "Moses and Aron" with Pierre Boulez, "Carmina Burana" with Grammy winning conductor Vance George and an Andrews Sisters Tribute with Erich Kunzel and Doc Severinsen. Ms. Presutti maintains a successful private studio and is an associate professor of voice at VanderCook College of Music.

Ron Korbitz received Bachelor and Master of Music Education degrees from VanderCook College of Music in Chicago. He spent several years performing with local Chicago theater groups at The Royal Castle Dinner Theater and Captain Dick's Voyage, where he was also the musical director. He has performed as a solo artist and chamber musician in Chicago and the suburbs, and has also worked in the popular music world with groups like The Sound Connection and The Frank Pellico Orchestra. Ron is a collaborating author for the children's book "Mr. Everybody's Recorder Book" published by Myles Music and contributing writer to the American String Teachers Association Journal. Mr. Korbitz has served on faculties at The Hinsdale Center for the Arts, Moraine Valley College and School District 117. He has also adjudicated for the Illinois Grade School Music Association and the American String Teachers Association. Currently, he is on faculty at Brookdale School in Naperville, where he teaches K-5 general music and directs the chorus, choir chimes ensembles and guitar ensembles.

The duo has been charming audiences together since 1998. They have performed for some of the Chicago area's most prestigious concert series including, Unity Temple, Fourth Presbyterian Church and the internationally renowned Dame Myra Hess Memorial Concerts. They have also performed recitals and concerts for many Chicago area colleges and groups like The Chicago Classical Guitar Society, The Oak Park 19th Century Women's Club and The Musicians Club of Women. Angela and Ron have been featured on the WFMT radio program "Live from Studio One" and have also appeared regionally for the Lake Geneva Lyric Opera Guild and nationally at the world famous Greenbriar Hotel as the featured artists for the West Virginia Federation of Women's Clubs. Their work together has consistently been received with great enthusiasm and their debut performance at Chicago's Symphony Center was hailed as "absolutely exquisite" by Chicago Symphony Orchestra president emeritus Henry Fogel.
