Bill Conall wrote his first song when John F.Kenedy
was in the White House, and he's still at it. He is an acoustic musician whose styles reflect the influences of folk, blues, country, ballads, a bit of rockabilly, and some plain, old-fashioned nonsense. Most of his songs are strongly visual, so it is not surprising that his performances also feature the presentation of bits of poetry along with artfully-told original stories. In support of his music and writing 'addictions', Bill has worked in university libraries, tended bar, sold commercial printing and trade show exhibits, operated his own sound equipment business, and logged over 1.4 million miles as a long haul trucker. His short fiction has been published in several Canadian magazines and in the anthology"Shorelines". He has recorded two albums of original music, "This One's For The Gipsy" and "Midnight On The Strait Of Georgia", with the third, "Poor Moth"due for release late in 2005. He lives beside the Ganaraska River with Thomas the cat. Check out the artist's website: http://billconall.com Track List: 1. Ellen Brought Me Flowers 2. I'm Learning How To Dance 3.
