Bruce Powers is a singer / songwriter with southern roots and a love of country music. His first release titled "First Night Alone" was produced and recorded in Nashville with some of Nashville's best session players. This CD reflects his talent for writing intelligent lyrics backed up by creative solid melodies. Bruce is an award winning songwriter currently living in Portland, Oregon. He is working on new music and producing and publishing new talent form the Pacific Northwest through his publishing company, Steel Biscuit Publishing.
