"These are the songs my grandmother sang to me"

"Best Traditional Lap Dulcimer Album I've heard this year"

"The quality is outstanding! There's not a bad cut on this CD!"

These are a sample of the reviews for "Mountain Flower", Pamela Hunt's debut CD. A traditional Mountain Dulcimer player for over 22 years, Pam's performances have delighted audiences in the Midwest. Born and raised in Southern Ohio, with roots in Eastern Kentucky, Pam became enthralled with Appalachian music in her youth, as she acquired first an autoharp, then a mountain dulcimer, hammered dulcimer, and bowed psaltery. A graduate of Eastern Kentucky University, Pam is employed as an Elementary Music Educator, performing her music as often as her work schedule allows, sometimes incorporating storytelling into her performances. Her CD was recorded and mastered by Dan Green at Amerisound Studios, Columbus OH.
