Grew up in upstate New York and enjoyed the seasonal splendor of a New England childhood. I began my musical career back in the early 1990's playing in high school bands and doing solo performances in the New York area. I found a number of other singer-songwriters during my time in Prescott, Arizona, where I increased my performance experience, creative inspiration and writing abilities, and played and composed in a number of groups, including Maiden Creek Lodge and Eyes of Children. It was here in Arizona that I also began exploring and producing studio material. I obtained a degree in Psychopathology and Creative Art Therapy, but it has always been my sole purpose to envoke the stories and experiences of life through harmony, music, and poetry. In other words, it is only music now that brings me to tears, and it is only in the creation of song and story that I fully confide. On this newly released album, "Vendalina", you will find songs concerning such themes as the often slippery blade of faith, love, loss, change, travel, tragedy, gratitude, the solitude and peace of the Earth, and other such themes that consistently live within the human emotional and intellectual experience.
