This is the first CD of all orginal material recorded by Dave Cox- one of Nashville's most extraordinarily unique and prolific songwriters. Cox began work on this album soon after he moved to Nashville from Louisville, KY in 2004.
Released in February, 2005 this cd consists of straight traditional country music with a modern lyrical edge. Included are the songs Alcohol Of Fame and When Yer Sober, both of which are currently receiving radio airplay in the U.S., Canada and Europe.
The Coxmen, Cox's regular bandmates in Nashville, are also featured on this CD, as is former BR549 member Gary Bennett.
