A native of central Montana, Greg Sterling grew up in an atmosphere rich with frontier adventure. He learned early that love, faith, family, honest labor, and a good sense of humor can smooth life's journey. Greg is determined to do his best and works to help others do the same. After graduating from Centerville High School, Greg enlisted with the Montana Army National Guard, attended Aviation Air Frame Mechanics School where he achieved the rank of Sergeant. Having a desire to help at-risk children, Greg worked with the Montana Youth Challenge Program as a drill instructor. In addition, he enrolled in the University of Montana Western where he studied Business Administration and Equine Programs.

As a charismatic and engaging performer, Greg has entertained audiences in Idaho, Washington, Montana, British Columbia, Tennessee, Mississippi,Florida, Alabama, Kentucky, Texas and Georgia. A talented singer and guitarist, he served as a member of three different bands. In 2005, Greg's Nashville venues included the famous Wildhorse Saloon and the Opryland Hotel. Audiences have numbered from small intimate groups gathered around a campfire to large rodeo, fair and festival crowds. Greg appeals to people of all ages and every walk of life. Occasionally accompanied by his ever-popular horse, Renegade, Greg is a powerful and unique musical act that includes trick roping, "horse" play, and even some ballroom dancing.
