Jesus The Man is the second CD by southern Indiana country and gospel artist, Jacob Pfister. This newest endeavor continues down the path of his spiritual roots and follows closely behind his first CD, I'll Think of You. Following the emotional ordeal he had previously suffered after losing his wife, Jacob decides to give thanks to Jesus for intervening in his life, showing new direction, and giving him a new lease on life.
In Jacob's words, "My best friend, Jesus, inspired me to write these beautiful songs of faith." I also have a very special lady to thank, Jane. When I was having a bad time trying to find the right lyrics, ones that would fit into a certain song, I said to this lovely lady, "Maybe Jesus doesn't want me to write anymore!" She smiled and said, "No, don't believe that." So, I prayed to Jesus the man, asking him for his divine help."
And all you need to do is listen to these songs of faith and praise dedicated to his holy name. Much of the credit needs to go to my sweet wife, Jane, and a big thanks to her for encouraging me to keep writing. In addition, it is an honor to have my daughter, Linda, singing harmony on the song, "The Ones Who Wait for Me."
