Jim Cook and his band perform in venues in San Bernardino California, especially Veterans clubs. Jim is from Inez Kentucky where he was formerly a deputy sherrif, but played on the eastern seaboard circuit, with Kieth Whitley and even backed the famous Tex Ritter. The Guitar Player is Jerry Swallow, a california Telecaster Magician who formerly led the Tanya Tucker Band. Jerry passed out during the recording session and subsequently died from tumor of the brain, and this will be your last opportunity to hear this guitar genius! Highly recommended to "cash fans" and country guitar pickers! This Album was intended as a tribute to the "Man In Black", Johnny Cash. We started work on it one year ago, and did not anticipate Mr. Cash's death at the time.Steve Morales is on bass and Carlos Cassini on drums. The release date was purely happenstance!
