Larry Neil has been at it for quite some time now, and has enjoyed every minute of it. The first 20 years of his life was spent in West Texas where Larry started writing songs when he was 14 years old. He soon moved to Hollywood as a young artist signing a record contract with Trident Records. He had a single called " I Want to Hold Her " make the Rock & Roll charts.
Now Living in South Carolina for the past 10 years he has since recorded two country Albums for KMA Records out of Nashville. Both albums have been played here in the USA as well as England, Germany, France and a host of other Countries around the Globe. Larry Records under the name " Larry Neil " as a songwriter he is " Larry Neil Smith ".
He is a member of BMI and has been nominated for awards as an Independent artist for his singing and song writing. His songs are also performed by other Independent artist. Independent Magazines have featured this artist also and gave great reviews over his album " Headin Your Way ". The lines read " If you Like Traditional country you will love this album". Each song leaves you wanting to hear the next. Loaded with ear grabbing hooks. Larry is currently working on an album for GLS Records entitled " Now and Then ". It should be out in September so look for it soon.
