Voted the Most Promising Male Artist-Modern Country at the 2000 Best of Texas awards, Marc has been following a dream that he has had for many years.
He started singing in church as a child and has never given up hope of one day being able to sing songs that would touch people everywhere.
Growing up in Georgia, he has always loved country music and hoped to fulfill that dream...singing country music.
While spending time in the U.S. Navy he continued to develop a style that would give him a sound of his own.
He learned from listening to his favorite artist (Conway Twitty, Merle Haggard, and Alabama to name a few) that the most important thing about singing a song is to feel what you're singing.
It is important to him to sing songs that people can relate to and he tries to pick songs for his albums that involve issues of life.
He has appeared at the 2000 King Eagle Awards in Nashville, Tenn. where he was awarded the Silver Artistic Trailblazer Award as well as on the Nashville Video Showcase from Hendersonville, Tenn.
Marc is finally living his dream and hopes he can inspire others to follow theirs.
