"A northern Wisconsin songstresse's dynamic vocals and infectious energy are whipping up a northern wind felt clear down to Nashville," writes columnist Gina Mangan.
Her radiant personality and energetic performances add an atmosphere of fun and excitement to her shows which has led Paula's regional popularity.
The passion to move forward with her music has not died, however, she has renewed her partnership with Christ and now He is managing her musical future. She continues to perform in secular avenues but her commitment is to serving Him right where she's at. Because of her faithfulness, Paula's concerts are rich with testimonies of how God is ministering, through her, in the most unlikely of places, to reach people with the love of Christ.
Two recent tragedies, the loss of her family's home and posessions by fire and, shortly thereafter, the death of her father, have given Paula a view of God's love and faithfulness that she is eager to share with others.
Paula was named FEMALE VOCALIST 2003, for the CHRISTIAN COUNTRY MUSIC ASSOCIATION, AND THE COUNTRY GOSPEL MUSIC GUILD. The CHRISTIAN COUNTRY MUSIC AWARDS were televised on GAC and also some was shown on CMT.
Paula was a featured artist on SUNDAY MORNING COUNTRY, held at the Ryman auditorium in Nashville. It was the Sunday of Fanfair week. Other performers were, Ricky Skaggs, Skeeter Davis, George Hamilton the lV, Freddy Hart, with Brenda Lee hosting it.
Other credits to her name, performing with Ray Charles for a Christmas concert in Green Bay, WI. Opening for many acts Martina, Neal MCcoy, Confederate Railroad, Bryan White, to name a few.
She is curently working on a new cd, hopefully it will be done in the fall of 2004.
