Well, there's good news for you today. Just two years before, "GOODbye MOON," Dan's landmark record produced by Joe Pisapia, he released his debut gem, "11 Songs." Simple enough title to be sure. But what we, the listener, are treated to here, is a glimpse into the future. It's a chance to witness Dan's songwriting, singing and instrumentation grow.
"11 Songs," was mixed and mastered one spring weekend in May 2001 in Baltimore. Combining the warmth of an acoustic guitar with intimate vocals, Dan crafted eleven solid pop songs delivered from an intensely personally perspective.
And, if you like Dan, but want more drums and bass, have no worries because "WISHFUL THINKING," Dan's latest effort recorded with his band Bens Bones, will has just been released.
