Donna is a singer, songwriter, musician. Donna's heartfelt honesty is expressed through a variety of genres with folk, rock, latin, country, and spiritual all being included.
"I decided long ago to challenge myself with being blindly honest to myself about who I am in regard to deep feelings and issues. As I do this, I reach a point of truth inside. I know I can trust this place which is a place of sweet surrender and assuredness. My mind, body and emotions align with my spiritual nature. Inevitably, there comes this push to express from that place through writing songs and releasing them as albums to share with others." Donna has studied songwriting with Buddy Kaye, Charles John Quarto, and Annette Tucker. In 1978 she won the "Most Meaningful Songwriters Contest" created and hosted by Peter Yarrow of Peter, Paul and Mary. Donna has written hundreds of songs producing 4 albums, one in the 70's, one in the 80's, and released 2 CD's, one in 2000 and one in 2001. She released her 5th album while living in Hawaii.
