Kia Marie is a permanently, totally, multi-disabled a Vietnam Veteran, who uses music therapy for daily self-healing. An avid reader, technical writer, artist and songwriter who unleashes the good in us, and motivates the best in ourselves to cherish the values of our global roots and to champion the core priciples of America's Promise: our basic Freedoms, our Bill of Rights, our Declaration of Independence. Indeed, our roots are from many but we are One People, One Nation. Hence, our Democracy is preserved: E Pluribus Unum. Honorable Mention winner of the 6th Annual Cooch Songwriting contest 2003. Finalist in the 20th Washington DC Songwriters Contest, Adult Contemporary Soft Rock 2003.
