These Hymns are not just my favorites. I don't think of Hymns in that way. Too many times in my life I have been helped by a hymn I'd never heard. And at times I've discovered in a familiar hymn the truth I'd never heard before--in spite of singing it many times. I know of no other music like this. I made this recording for the community of faith, and those who find themselves needing faith. I hope all will find help among this witness of honest, unpretentious words and marvelous tunes.
