Fried Rainbow Trout is the house band on Wednesday and Sunday evenings at Tommy Condon's Pub in Charleston, SC. Teddy Prause has been playing regularly at Tommy Condon's for about 12 years now. John Holenko has been there a mere 6 years. Charleston is a tourist city and Condon's is a major destination for out of town visitors, particularly from Europe. Over the years Fried Rainbow Trout has performed for folks from Ireland, England, Scotland, France, Germany, South Africa, Australia, Columbia, Mexico, and Iceland to name a few countries. FRT plays a mixture of Irish and American folk music and this CD is a good cross section of our vast repertoire of songs and instrumentals.
