BAYS & SPROULE - Randal Bays is a stunning fiddler and guitarist,
probably still best known for his recordings with Martin Hayes. The Cork
Examiner called him "a rare beast, a true master of both the fiddle and
the guitar." Daithi Sproule is on just about everyone's list of the truly great Irish
guitarists and singers, and is a member of the band Altan. Their sound
is an intense amalgam of smoky fiddle tunes, soulful traditional singing, and exquisite guitar duets.
