Pat Kane and West o'Clare are regional all-stars of folk music, specializing in Irish and Old-Time songs and dance tunes. In the Twin Tiers region of New York and Pennsylvania, where so many Irish have settled, they carry on the finest musical traditions of their heritage. They are not well known nationally, mainly because they are able to make their bardic living within their home region. This makes them one of Irish America's best kept secrets, and a wonderful find and collector's item.
