Ms. McWilliams began her music ministry as a local church musician in central Texas, where she has served as a regular musician for numerous churches for over twenty-five years. An accomplished teacher and musician, Ms. McWilliams also performed in many local, city and regional choirs; however, it was her individual performances that garnered the attention of the local community and churches, resulting in many requests to perform at community and regional events and programs. Ms. McWilliams continues to dedicate her life to Christ and to the church. Ms. McWilliams brings her love of teaching and encouragement to her current role as the Minister of Music at The Way Praise and Worship. During her years of service as a church musician and Minister of Music, Ms. McWilliams has served in many capacities; however her calling and ministry is enabling individual worship. Whether in a setting of 5 or 5000, Ms. McWilliams’ singing, playing and songwriting, encourages and allows individual worship through recognition and experiencing God’s presence and power. Ms. McWilliams’ vision of the future is to continue to serve and expand the reach of her ministry. Ms. McWilliams’ debut CD, Got This Feeling, released in 2002 was extremely well received in the local area and she is looking forward to expanding that success. Ms. McWilliams’ second CD was released in 2004.
