Chris Brunson is a man after God's own heart. He is known to usher you into the very throne room of God. It is through his personal experiences and encounters with God that his debut CD entitled, "Bid Me Come," came to be. Chris has always been in the church, but it was the church that wounded him and gave him a new sense of the love of God to carry the message of healing to others in songs. He understands the Apostolic music ministry calling on his life - - to bring the prophetic word through song and allow the Holy Spirit to minister to the broken hearted, discouraged, wounded and particularly those who have been hurt by the Body of Christ.
He is the founder of Chris Brunson Ministries. CBM is an apostolic music outreach ministry that seeks to bring healing, deliverance and restoration to those in need. Other ministires housed under CBM are Living Waters Ministries, a Christian Education/Church Leadership ministry. He currently serves as the Minister of Music at Emmanuel Community Church in Conyers, Georgia.
Chris has had the opportunity to sing back-up for contemporary gospel great, Kurt Carr. He has also performed in a number of gospel stage plays and facilitated various music workshops for metro Atlanta churches. He has helped to start church choirs and music ministries all over the southeastern region of the United States. Chris has also sang at the famed Apex Museum, Lakewood Ampitheater and Stone Mountain Park in Atlanta, Georgia with Donnie McKlurkin & Rizen. He has ministered at venues in Flordia, Ohio, South Carolina, New Jersey, Kentucky and New York.
The gift of marriage is one that he shares with Rev. Linelle Brunson. They have been married for eight years and have been blessed with two daughters Hannah Elizabeth and Leah Christine.
Chris is currently working on his next CD entitled, "Broken:A Prophetic Experience". This CD will transcend you into another dimension of the Holy Spirit that will change you through worship. Chris's scripture text is Luke 4:18-19 "The Spirit Of The Lord Is Upon Me, Because He Hath Anointed Me To Preach The Gospel To The Poor; He Hath Sent Me To Heal The Broken Hearted, To Preach Deliverance To The Captives, And Recover Of Sight To The Blind, To Set At Liberty Them That Are Bruised, To Preach The Acceptable Year Of The Lord.
