Janet striverson has been writing gospel songs for 20 years.All of the songs on this cd A light to see my way were written and sond by Janet Striverson. They were inspired and birthed out of experiences, dreams, victorys, that God would give me. Janet sings at various chruches in her Local city of Fort wayne Indiana.My goal is to get the word out to the nation in songs. And to share what God has given to me to share. Janet also sings in her local chruch choir and Helps on the Praise and worship team. She is also a licensed Missionary speaking at her local chruch from time to time. Her local chruch is Wings of Deliverance Tabernacle Holiness chruch. She is also an alter worker in her local chruch. Janet has done concerts at Southern Hts Baptist Chruch. Memorial Park, and Abundant Love Chruch, and will be appearing at The Anchor Room christian cafe in Fort Wayne Indiana On December 17,2004. She has a calling on her life by God to reach those that are discouraged, and lost as well as to encouraged those that are saved to go higher in God .
