Martha is from Alabama, a proud Southern Gospel singer/songwriter, who enjoys following where God leads.
Daughtrey has writen songs and poems for as long as she can remember. She said sometimes a song will come to her mind suddenly, and she grabs anything handy to write it down.
Starting with a talent show in Jackson, AL, in April, 2002, Martha has traveled and sang at many places, from Nashville, to sporting events, prisons and in churches when invited.
