Anointed! "Simply anointed" is the phrase that best describes every song you hear on this unique arrangement of songs.The Anointed Assurance Choir and Company is the product of a vision the Lord gave Bishop Dr. Sylvester Jones. The vision calls for the putting together a group of teens and young adults from the community to sing praises to the Lord at the same time raise scholarship funds for young people. A large percentage of funds raised and earned from sales and tours are used for educational scholarships under Assured Community Treasury Scholarships (another vision given to Dr. Jones). Youths singing at the age of 12 in any chapter nationally will be guaranteed scholarship funds by the time they enter college(upon mission closure).
This choir is anointed with talented artists in their own right such as evangelist Debra Pinder-Jones (who has two recordings to her credit...HOLD ON and HE STEPPED). Debra and Minister John Davis (Minister of Music)blend a quality and style of beseeching that culminate in an anointing that will lift the audience as Debra beseeches the Lord to S-E-N-D I-T-T-T-T-T down (the anointing). It is guaranteed to lift you to ANOTHER SPIRITUAL DIMENSION! Minister Davis is an explosive talent with an extraordinary gift of directing and singing. "Consummate"in his own right.
