Recognizing their divine anointing - and even stronger vocal harmonies and solid music section - The Anointed Voicez have definitely gashed the barrier between traditional quartet and contemporary gospel music; as Houston's fastest emerging artist, they undertake both young and old audiences, contemporary and traditional gospel music with equivalent aptitude, anointing, flamboyancy, dignity and grace.
The group's music ministry was most inspired by great artists such as The Williams Brothers, The Christianaires, Doc McKenzie and the Highlites, The Canton Spirituals, Greg Kelly, and The Wonderful Harmonizers of Huntsville, TX - who is near and dear to the group.
In April 2003, four months after commencement, the group recorded its first project titled "Sweet Old Spirit". The project has proven to be equally anointed and in line with its goals. As a result, the album has been setting ablaze the many radio stations in the US.
