BIOGRAPHY OF "THE VOICES OF JUDAH"
The Young Adult Choir, Gospel Choir, and former Senior Choir members were combined to form the Bethel Mass Choir in 1999 under the direction of First Lady Debra A. Pierce.
In 2001, Cedric Thompson accepted the position as Minister of Music. Within the following year, Pastor Bryan J. Pierce, Sr., and Cedric Thompson had a vision of the choir recording their first CD, which was recorded live and released September 2003. Prior to the release of the CD, the Bethel Mass Choir name was changed to "The Voices of Judah" [praise]
The CD Project "They That Wait", flows from a variety of contemporary to traditional to inspirational with such songs as "Alright" (written by both Pastor Pierce and Cedric Thompson which opens with Pastor Pierce encouraging those to let them know that everything will be alright, to I'm not the same anymore. For those who are going through a transition of waiting on Lord and some decisions they are weighing, the song "They That Wait" was given to Cedric Thompson. Also appearing on the CD is national recording artist LeJuene Thompson appearing courtesy of EMI Records singing, "I Need Thee".

PASTOR BRYAN J. PIERCE, SR.:
In addition to his full-time ministry duties as Senior Pastor, Eld. Pierce is also a member of the national recording group Men Of Standard, which won two Stellar Awards for the year 1999. He is also a noted songwriter, arranger and producer. Pastor Pierce has had the opportunity to work with great gospel artists such as Fred Hammond, Kirk Franklin,Yolanda Adams, Donnie McClurkin, Mary Mary, the Williams Brothers just to name a few. Although Pastor Pierce is a multitalented individual, preaching the Word of God is what he has been chosen to do.
