Calvin Edwards a/k/a "Scifer" (sky-fer) emerged from the streets of New Orleans, La.
With an enlightening lyrical concept on reality merging with entertainment, Way Down South Productions has engineered a new flavor rising from The Big Easy.
Scifer a veteran lyricist, began expressing his skills fifteen years ago as an amateur.
Now labeled as a connoisseur in consideration of the numerous lyrical dishes he serves, Scifer represents what the rap game is all about.....skills.
Influenced by many facets of music Scifer unites his talents with tracks of R&B, Rock, Alternative, 70's Funk, Soul, Techno, Trip Hop, Hip Hop, P Funk, Reggae, and tracks representing his domain ..... The Dirty South.
With the unique talent to gel his voice to a producers creation, Scifer manages to apply the right touch in all the right places.
