John Jolliffe began his recording career during the late 70's, producing an album and two singles for Elton John's Rocket Records. John's greatest success came on Atlantic Records in New York where his 'Big Big Sun' album sold a credible 50,000 copies. Jolliffe has also worked with members of Supertramp, The Gary Moore Band, The Pretenders and Don Henley. Jolliffe's solo album 'Magic Box' was recorded in Los Angeles before he returned to England to create the popular Cheeky Monkey Music Club.

While busy being 'The Cheeky Monkey Man' John has independently produced four fun, exciting and original albums for children: 'Jamana, Carrimba, Banana Moon and The Monkey Bop. Alongside these fantastically imaginative albums Jolliffe has produced a series of children's books.

Jolliffe's latest project, The Cheeky Monkey Show, has just been released and is available on DVD.
