Did you hear the one about the chicken in the bathroom? How about the time Old MacDonald sold the farm and moved to California to open a zoo? Or the dinosaur known as a humungasaurus, which existed largely on a diet of ice cream and candy?

They're all in Ice Cream Soup, Ken Sheldon's first collection of silly songs, recorded before he went on to create the "Sing Along and Learn" series for Scholastic, which has sold over 100,000 copies and is used in classrooms around the U.S. and in other parts of the world.

"I wish I had a nickel for every time a parent told me that Ice Cream Soup is their kids' favorite CD," says Ken. "Actually, I just wish I had a nickel."

With musical styles ranging from folk to pop to rock 'n roll and jazz, Ice Cream Soup is a hit with parents as well as kids.

"My family has four tapes by Ken and they are the most-requested items in our children’s music collection," says Meg Chorlian, editor of the award-winning children's history magazine, Cobblestone.

Ice Cream Soup is low-fat, high-fun and deliciously silly. Try a free sample and see for yourself.
