Produced and recorded by Sam Zucchini A Zucchini Holiday is original acoustic music, featuring Jack Zucchini (guitar), Steve Zucchini (keyboards) Sam Zucchini (drums and percussion) all of whom sing and contribute holiday harmonies. The songs on this CD were originally commissioned by Peter Lesser, the Executive Director of the Empire State Plaza Performing Arts Center (The Egg) in Albany, NY. and performed by the Zucchini Brothers at the sold-out premier holiday show at The Egg in December 2003. The Zucchinis were so pleased with the results they committed the songs to cd and will be returning to The Egg for a repeat performance this year on Sunday December 12th.
Originally from Saratoga Springs, New York, but now living in a clubhouse in ZucchiniLand, the Zucchini Brothers are well-renowned for their work in schools, theaters and festivals throughout the country, as well as their nationally syndicated weekly radio show "The Zucchini Brothers, Live! at the Clubhouse." (which can be heard anytime at www.zucchinibrothers.com). Winners of the NAPPA Gold Award and the Parents' Choice Gold Award, the Zucchini Brothers have received critical acclaim for their albums In Your Garden, Live! At The Clubhouse, Safe & Sound, and their collection of Music Videos.
