Determined, motivated, energetic, hard rock/metal band Inhale has what it takes to make an impact in the music scene. Originating from the southern Boston area, the band's writing and creativity takes place at a band space in Rockland,MA. Influences in the band range from Tool, Rage Against the Machine, Metallica, and Black Sabbath.

Guitarist Bob Benenato and bassist Lenny Ferreira started playing together in early 2001 when they were known as Syphon. In the summer of 2001 the singer of Syphon was fired from the band and about two months later Steve Esdale was hired as the new singer. Steve's influences in the band not only change the attitude of the band but also helped change our band name to Inhale. From there the band started playing some shows at clubs such as The Living Room, Club H2O, and The Sad Cafe. They also recorded a two song demo at New Alliance Studios in March of 2002. As time moved on Inhale departed with their drummer due to musical differences and hired a new drummer in April 2002. From there they continued to perform at clubs and were able to get their own web site up and running. However four months later our second Inhale drummer quit the band which led to another search for a new drummer.

Eventually the drummer position was filled by Tim Norton. Tim's drumming style and personality fit in perfectly with the rest of the band. Tim has the heart and determination to make it in the music industry and he is exactly what Inhale was looking for. Since having Tim Inhale has performed at numerous clubs and venues throughout New England, performed in Battle of the Bands competitions put on by WAAF, recorded a four song EP at Saucer Sound studios, and the music creativity continues to get stronger. Another recent highlight for Inhale is that they were named the Daddy's Junky Music Pick of the Week for a show at The Rockpile and had a song from there EP played on WAAF 107.3

With the knowledge and experience the band already has to this point, Inhale is ready to take their music to another level. They have many goals set which include getting radio airplay, getting signed, and playing lots and lots of shows! Inhale is determined to make a name for themselves in the music industry and refuse to give up. With the completion of their first full length album, released in August 2005, Inhale is ready to hit the music scene hard for the rest of 2005 and years to come. Keep your eyes open for Inhale.
