SKW first appeared way back in 1989 under the monicker of "SKYWALKER".

In 1993 they recorded their first demo-tape titled "Time Bloody Time" packed with 8 songs of pure Classic Heavy Metal being IRON MAIDEN and METALLICA their main and true inspirators.

In the meantime, the band starts gigging extensively mainly in the north of Italy and in 1995 releases their second work "Isolation".

This demo-tape earns itself great reviews from the international press leading SKW to be associated with top-events such as the "Trentino Alto Adige Metal Meeting" and the "MotoRaduno-MotoRock" in Cremona gathering an estimated audience of 5000+.

The band then slightly changes its musical approach and, mainly due to the new singer Marco joining in, new songs are created exploring viciously those Pantera-Sepultura-Fear Factory territories.

The final result is their Debut CD titled "Techno-Logical", out on the newly established italian label Adrenaline Records.

In the meantime the band, well into a strong renewal mood, decides to combine the new violent sound with a More In Your Face and representing name: S K W.

"Techno-Logical" melting aggression shapes it into an extremely powerful, aggressive, tribal, technological beast.

The raging vocals and the violent guitar riffs blow everything and everyone's face off .

SKW climbs straight to the top of the genre and leaves a dirty, bleeding mark on the extreme-metal international market.

Live dates followed the debut's release including opening slots for big names like SOULFLY and AMORPHIS and one unforgettable evening 'on stage' with Mr. Jason 'Metallica' Newsted at the "Rolling Stone Rock Club" in Milan to top a massive 20 dates long tour accross the Italian boot.

And now the RED-HOT brand new awesome monster aptly titled "CONNECTION".

Recorded at the famous "Jungle Sound Studios" "MAIN ROOM" in Milano this blinding light of superlative crunch and grind with its breakneck noise groove will send an electric shock into the tired old corpse of the music biz as it stands today.

Thanks to its 12 furious sonic attacks reminding of Testament, Pantera and EARLY Metallica stunts SKW are HEAVIER and no doubt, ORIGINAL.

Surfing on the dangerous edge that links the best bits of the Bay-Area Thrash movement to the wild modernism of the so called "New Metal" revolution SKW are surely WEIRDER and RAWER.

As always actively busy on the 'live' front, SKW has just begun what can only by described as "The Never Ending Italian Campaign" taking them all around the country promoting chaos and mosh-pits among astonished crowds just like a spark on a petrol tank.

SKW have been to the moon, 'Connection' is the sound of re-entry.
