The first in this series teaches you methods of relaxation. It gives you the ability to open your mind and learn to listen to the voice within. Most have no idea what to expect during meditation. At first I was very confused about what I would see and hear as well. Expect nothing but a feeling of peace and well-being. As you begin this journey peace and well-being are the first gifts - then watch as the floodgates open!
The second guided meditation is a longer and more graphically detailed visualization method of meditation. Once in a relaxed state, this meditation allows you to let go and learn more about yourself. This meditation is a wonderful tool for times when you are working toward a goal in your life but are having trouble knowing which path to follow.
The third meditation is for physical, emotional, and spiritual health.Most would say they experience some kind of stress, which can lead to upset. I dedicate this meditation to Janie - who was my inspiration for the words you will hear on this guided meditation to health and well-being.
My goal is to serve - serve you, serve God. This journey gives me great joy. When I have facilitated the guided meditations on many a Sunday's at my church, many people come to share their unique experiences with me.
Many saying it was the first time they really connected with Spirit. This excites me, because I know from experience that once you've done it once, you must do it again. It enriches life's qualities.
