Alex Anderson's Guided Meditation

Alex facilitated many meditation circles over the years and he only used one guided meditation with slight variations over time. We are fortunate to have caught this magnificent work on tape during one of the evenings when Alex guided some of us through meditation.
This meditation guides you in a visualization which affects both hemispheres of the brain in such a manner as to move the participant into the state of meditation with relative ease. It gives the participant the tools to begin to heal self and others using a pillar of universal pure white light. Let Alex's gentle voice guide you on a path of self discovery.
He was born in Edmonton Alberta in November of 1949. It was not his intention to pursue a career as a Professional Psychic. This occurred more by fortune than management. His whole life had been hard work and observation around the human psyche & matters of the Spirit. He connected with those in spirit around himself and others bringing clarity and comfort for many who are troubled or have lost loved ones. Alex offered private readings on Vancouver Island and in Edmonton.
He was a trusted Teacher and Mentor. Over the years he gave classes in spiritual development, which has led many to new understandings and insights of the world we live in.
He passed away peacefully September 20, 2004 in Victoria B.C. after several years of ill health. One of Alex's last wishes was that his years of work be shared and be available for those seeking the wisdom in the trance sessions and the writings he had committed to paper or electronic documents.
