Dov graduated from the USC School of Business Entrepreneurship in 1981, working as an intern at A&M Records and later founded his own label, Lovestar Records where he produced, performed and released 7 CD's, including solo projects and several with various bands and musicians. Dov has arranged strings for numerous CD's for the Latin American market, as well as contracting, soloing and performing on albums selling in the millions including Jose Jose, Juan Gabriel, Estala Nunuez, Rocio Durcal, Herb Alpert, Camillo Cesto, Amanda Miguel, Maria Conchita, Lani Hall, and Sergio Mendez. Dov has performed on numerous studio recordings, including Natalie cole, Celine Dione, Vannessa Williams, and others, and for CD's, movie and television. He has performed with several local Symphony Orchestras including Pasadena Symphony and the Santa Barbara Symphony and appears in live performances and recordings with artists such as David Arkenstone, Suzanne Teng and Mystic Journey, and Peter Sterling at the Laguna Sawdust Festival. Dov's musical composition for Symphony Orchestra, 'Symphony of the Sacred Forest', was premiered at LA Valley College on April 28, 2001 by the Valley Symphony Orchestra under Dr. Robert Chauls. It was again performed on May 8, 2003 by the Bakersfield College Orchestra under the baton of Maestro Robert Martinez, again with Dov performing live on the Electric violin. Dov has written over 300 songs. Dov has performed for many events including the Earth Summit in Rio De Janeiro, the Aspen Windstar Symposium, opening for John Denver, and many Earth Day and Whole Life Expo Events and others.
