About the artist:
German-born Guido Negraszus is one of the very few musicians in the world who don't like to perform 'live' at all. Since his debut CD BLUE GARDEN (1990) he has performed only twice on stage in Germany and a couple of times in Australia. As a trained sound-engineer & Tonmeister (Master in Sound Engineering), he loves working in his studio TIME-2-DREAM near Perth. Guido puts a lot of effort into the recording and mixing of his music. As a result, fans recognize and acknowledge the superb sound quality of his CDs.
His music style has been described as something between New Age, Electronica ( Ambient, Chill Out & Trip Hop) and Easy Listening, very different from the traditional German progressive Electronic Music scene.
Guido's most recent projects include the completion of his latest album SAILING AWAY which he wrote, recorded and mixed at his new studio. He also composed and produced the music for Synergetic Productions' comedy film SLY DOGS.
Currently he is working on his 10th studio album, which will be released in December 2005.

"Memories & Dreams" is a series of music which was inspired by my journeys through Australia, Southeast Asia, Europe and Africa. Whenever I travel and whenever I see the beauty of the different countries something is happening in my heart. One day these souvenirs of my heart become music. It's like walking through my personal photobook. "Memories & Dreams Vol.I" invites you to a journey through the North-Eastern, Central and Southern parts of Australia.
