ABOUT SARABETH
Sarabeth Hearon is a pianist, composer and vocalist. She grew up in a musical household and began playing piano at age seven. Her grandmother, a classical piano teacher at a college in South Carolina, was a big influence on Sarabeth. Her father accompanied the family sing-alongs on piano, guitar and banjo. Because of her father's occupation, Sarabeth moved numerous times during her youth. Sarabeth's love for the piano continued through her college years where she studied piano, voice and music composition. She began to compose during her sophomore year, singing with bands and performing. Sarabeth studied abroad in Paris at the Sorbonne, where she continued her songwriting, performing in clubs in Paris and also on the Riviera. After graduating with degrees in Economics and French, Sarabeth became a stockbroker on Wall Street. Ultimately, she relocated to Nashville where she worked in music publishing while she developed her personal music composition style. In addition to piano, Sarabeth enjoys playing the guitar. She lives in Nashville, Tennessee, where she is raising two daughters, and performs in various parts of the country.
