William Wilde Zeitler specializes in writing new music for the Glass Armonica -- a musical instrument invented by Benjamin Franklin. It works on the "wet finger around the wine glass idea". It became very popular at the end of the 18th century -- even Mozart wrote music for it. But its etherial sound is so otherworldly that it was actually banned because it "woke up the ghosts", and all but disappeared by about 1810.
After a 200 year hiatus, William Wilde Zeitler is creating new music that revels in the otherworldy sound that Benjamin Franklin created.
