Battery Apple are the hardest working band in the mid-Atlantic region.
They released their 1st CD February 1999 and won the regional Ernie Ball/Guitar Center Battle of the Bands 3 which garnered them a spot on the Vans Warped Tour 3.
Battery Apple are featured in the film 'Wings Of Hope' set for international release in winter 2001 and will contribute a song to the soundtrack.
They are currently playing shows in MD, DC, VA, PA, DE and NJ, and are building a reputation for their unpredictable live shows where their singer has been known to eat a bowl of cereal, iron clothes, draw pictures of the band and hand them out to the audience, make sandwiches and do magic tricks on stage.
Far from being a novelty act, Battery Apple have the muscle to back up their antics.
The band is in the top 10% of bands who cross-promote shows with other bands and work to make the scene better for everyone involved.
Their music is heavy, driving, intense and mighty groovular.
