from a concept and a vision to a reality.
the band formed in early 2002 under the name surface.
after playing a countless number of shows and struggling to make rank in an ever growing population of very talented local bands in the new orleans area, we recorded our first e.p (self titled).
in 2005 (with more focused goals) we set out to record our first full length album entitled "the joy of misfortune".
on the record we had the privledge of working with producer/engineer john tyree, who had also worked with bands such as stone temple pilots, filter,rancid and slayer.
with the completion of the record and a new lineup, we look forward to a strong supporting tour and we hope to see you all soon
