Jak Frost originated in summer of 2001,with founder Michael DeLaurentiis.(guitarist,songwriter,backing vocalist)
Michael teamed up with a bassist/lead vocalist,and began writing more new songs, he also brought the current drummer into Jak Frost(carlos solorzano) who was the original drummer,then left for a while until returning in 2004,the first 4 track cd was released in winter of 2002,
with that the band played many venues,in los angeles,hollywood,california. with the departure of the first vocalist,we went on a search to find a better and fresh member,who is the permanent vocalist/bassist(michael bolyard) with the release of the new cd,we are still writing more newer songs,rehearsing for upcoming gigs and promoting the new release,This is a breath of fresh air of old school metal/rock into todays rock updated,JAK FROST has played throughout LOS ANGELES for quite some years and has created a big fan base. just recently,the band competed in the GBOB.COM-BATTLE OF THE BANDS,THE WHISKY-HOLLYWOOD AND THE KEY CLUB,STAY TUNED FOR UPCOMING RELEASE OF NEW MUSIC,for more info of jak frost please visit our website at www.jakfrost1.com you will also find the link there back to cdbaby to purchase the cd
