When it comes to defining Joe Riavez, most people don't know were to start. There is no bullshit about him. Joe will tell it like it is. If you have some choice words for him he would probably tell you to go f*ck off!

Born March 21'st 1984 in Toms River NJ music soon became a promenade part of his life. It can be cited that at the early age of four Joe was singing Bon Jovi songs into the handle of a vacuum. Growing up on Metallica and Pink Floyd, you can catch a glimpse of their traits in Joe's music.

Joe started his first band at the age of 15. He was the drummer/Singer. At the age of 17 he joined local band Delicate Ground. Joe accomplished a lot playing drums for them but after seeing singer/songwriters such as William Smith, Nicole Atkins, and Frank Fotusky he knew their were bigger and better things to accomplish.

In 2002 Joe got together with a couple of local musicians and started to add color to his already huge song library. Releasing a demo in 2003 he gained mixed reviews. After receiving a great critique by a very respected music industry personal Joe found the right direction to pursue his music.

Joe is now seen playing acoustic shows threw out the tri-state area. With a cd in the works that is going to be under a magnifying glass of music professionals, Joe is ready to start the next chapter of his life. He will be Recording/Producing/and Engineering his own music and performing all the instruments. Be Ready! "Paint Myself" is coming soon!
