In November of 2003, Pthalo released their first self-titled full length, "Pthalo". The songs on this record have demonstrated their diversity by landing them featured spots in various outlets such as a Maui Sports extreme kiteboarding video and the dark, independent psycho-drama film "Midnight of the Mind" to be released in Spring of 2005. After 5 CMJ station adds in the spring of 2004, Pthalo followed up with Prototypes and Old Models - an EP which features an acoustic interpretation of the single "Gated" and b-sides from the previous record. In the summer of 2004, Pthalo continued up the success of their first record with a video for the single "Chasm". Directed by Chris Scheidel and produced by the band, "Chasm" received CVC/Billboard adds in 32 outlets including 120 Minutes on MTV Latin America, Fuse On-Demand, ScreenPlay, Power Play Music TV and Launch @ Yahoo. With a touring scheduling that has extended throughout the Northeast and as far as Chicago, IL, Pthalo plans on continuing to bring their music to the masses.
