RUBBER JOHNNY hails from North Jersey.
A combined effort gives this band a vision all their own.
The band's sound is very hard to label, they just write, record, and play out all over the tri-state area, opening for many national acts.
They leave the labels to the industry to decide.
Overall, they have a hard sound with enough street credibility to do a long jail bid (which, some of them have).
The band consists of; RICH on drums, a polished player, our human metronome, if you will.
ROGER on guitar, a sonic anvil, our chocolate chunk cake.
TOM on bass, our low down thunder.
The cake these three lay down is too rich for one front man, so they have two.
First there is JOE, a melodic energetic fierce vocal style.
Then NICK, a screaming high register, mellifluous growler.
These are the candles we burn on top of our sonic cake.
Together they are a diabetics worst nightmare, mainline insulin couldn't lower the rich sweetness of this band.
