Sourhaze is - to all intents and purposes - the brainchild of Elliot Jay Stocks, a web designer working for EMI Music by day, and an independent musician extremely wary of major labels by night. Although favouring the one-man-band approach since Sourhaze's creation in 1999, Elliot is joined on the 'Second Leaf' by Neil Marsh of Mandala, who adds a whole new dimension to the project, as well as the remixers in the shape of Twinzero and Roncatto Braathen.
